Industrial Loft | Schöner Wohnen

Mark and Nicole Möllenbruck converted an industrial building from the 70th into a very stylish modern designed loft. It´s located in a small town in the rural area of the Lower Rhine.

It´s a wide open space without doors and ceiling-high passages. A pure design, white walls, light stripes between the walls and the ceilings, the industrial design of the windows to the patio and a few careful selected furnitures create an atmosphere of lightness and wideness.

Once the factory building was the workplace of Marks father. After closing it was the perfect place for Mark, Nicole and her son to create their own home.
